I’ve taken pictures of all kinds of things. Like literally lots of different people, places and instances. But one project that I would consider my favorite was the time I got to take photos in Chicago. It was my second time being in the midwest (first time was St. Louis) and I had always had an urge to visit Chitown. Anybody who goes to Howard University knows that literally everyone you know in some way shape or form is or has relatives from Chicago. You literally can’t miss them, they’re everywhere. But nonetheless, despite the bragging that goes on about Chicago, I was definitely interested in finding out how great it was for myself. Needless to say, although my trip was unconventional, the culture of the city is breathtakingly warm. They can make anybody feel right at home.
